Justin has been in the automotive industry for over 20 years. His extensive experience and customer-focused approach make him an invaluable part of our team. "I am all about the customer service and helping my customers with their automotive needs," says Justin. Justin goes above and beyond to ensure every customer leaves happy. He loves hearing feedback about the exceptional experiences customers have at Korum and how thrilled they are with their new Lincoln vehicles. Meet Jaimee! She is originally from the east coast of Florida and has lived in Washington and worked for Korum about 2 years now. (Don't worry, she has loved the Seahawks and Mariners for years and has always dreamed of living in WA.) Jaimee previously worked in Lincoln Customer relations for about 6 years before making her way across the country to join us. Customer service has always been a passion for her and she loves to help people and is great at thinking outside the box. Outside of work you can catch her with a camera or a microphone in hand - photography and singing are her favorite things to do in her spare time. Jaimee is always happy to help, come on down and say hello!
